Technical Solutions Specialist

Responsibilities:
  • Design and development of a CRM system from scratch, ensuring it meets the specific needs of service-based businesses.
  • Customization of the CRM to support business processes, including customer management, service scheduling, invoicing, and reporting.
  • Integration of the CRM with other existing software tools and platforms used by the business.
  • Testing and debugging of the CRM to ensure it is bug-free, secure, and performs efficiently.
  • Maintenance and updates of the CRM with new features, ensuring the system is maintained for optimal performance.
  • Providing technical support and training to users, addressing any issues or questions related to the CRM.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in building and deploying CRM software independently.
  • Strong proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks.
  • Experience with database management and integration.
  • Ability to understand and translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
