Job Summary

Maintain showroom standards in accordance with best practices daily. Supervise Sales Executives' daily activities.

  • Assign and monitor daily sales and recovery targets for sales staff.
  • Verify Hire Purchase files daily according to SOP and approve motorcycle deliveries after verification.

Ensure collection receipts from outside sales are submitted to the accountant as per SOP. Oversee the accountant's activities to ensure timely deposit of collections.

Oversee service and parts departments, addressing customer complaints. Handle registration of hire purchase motorcycles with the excise department and prepare relevant documents.

Report showroom activities to the regional office daily. Coordinate automobile booking operations and handle related customer complaints in liaison with the regional office.

Manage records of motorcycle sales, after-sales, accounts, and booking data; dispose of them as per SOP.
