Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Business Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service through timely and effective installations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy: Develops and implements sales strategies, policies, and procedures to drive business growth.
  • Operational Management: Monitors and controls all operational activities across multiple sites and projects, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Team Development: Upgrades and develops site procedures and team capabilities through training and development initiatives.
  • Site Scheduling: Verifies daily site schedules and ensures seamless operations.
  • Customer Relations: Proactively addresses customer complaints, resolves issues effectively, and maintains strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoots site-related issues, develops contingency plans, and implements solutions to minimize disruptions.
  • Expense Management: Effectively manages sales operations expenses, maintaining a lean and efficient approach.
  • Order Management: Oversees order management, ensuring timely stock availability at the warehouse and coordinating with head office as needed.
  • Facility Maintenance: Ensures the maintenance and security of showroom, store, and warehouse facilities, promoting a safe and secure work environment.
  • Administration: Supervises general administration, housekeeping teams, local purchases, and store operations, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.
  • Billing: Processes bill payments for contractors and vendors in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Contractor Training: Trains and develops contractors and supervisors to enhance their skills and performance.
