  6. Verify Customers: Verify and qualify customers per company guidelines.
  7. Handle Collections: Handle AR and collection tasks while enhancing the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in customer support or call center roles.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
  3. Familiarity with AR Processes: Familiarity with AR processes, collections, and outbound calls.
  4. Professionalism: Ability to manage customer concerns professionally and meet performance targets.
