We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Director - Regional Expansion to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the regional expansion of our franchise network. Your primary focus will be on building relationships with key clients, onboarding new franchisees and corporate clients, and monitoring performance against key operational and financial metrics.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in regional expansion. You will be responsible for working closely with the field team and internal departments to ensure alignment with business goals and strategies. Additionally, you will identify and implement improvements in operational workflows to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the regional expansion of our franchise network
* Build relationships with key clients and onboard new franchisees and corporate clients
* Monitor performance against key operational and financial metrics

* Work closely with the field team and internal departments to ensure alignment with business goals and strategies
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in relevant field
* BBA (4 years) / MBA (2 years) from HEC recognized university
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
