About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Tech Expert Network Liaison to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in establishing and maintaining relationships with experts, consultants, and professionals in the expert network.

As a Tech Expert Network Liaison, you will identify, engage, and collaborate with experts to enhance our organization's knowledge base and industry expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide operational coverage across multiple countries, ensuring a wide regional reach.
  • Verify and complete data entries for regions spanning from the UK to Pakistan, ensuring accurate and comprehensive records.
  • Take ownership of the process from consultation to payment, ensuring a smooth and transparent transactional experience.
  • Handle queries promptly and resolve payment issues, ensuring a seamless experience for partners and the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with the Operations team to ensure data completion and verification, enhancing overall data quality and reliability.
  • Add new respondents to our expert database by understanding their expertise and aligning with research topics, enriching our knowledge base.
  • Promptly resolve payment backlogs in the EMEA region, ensuring all pending payments are cleared and up-to-date.

  • Skilled at finding solutions immediately, rather than waiting for direction.
