Senior Software Development Manager

As a Senior Software Development Manager, you will lead the development of software systems to ensure they meet targets set by project managers. Your role involves planning and managing resources, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring all deliverables are completed on time.

You will be responsible for investigating ways to improve system performance, conducting requirement analysis, designing system and database architecture, and developing functional application architecture. You will also review design, analysis, and code for quality and adherence to standards.

In addition, you will follow development policies, track resource consumption, and review estimated versus actual effort on all deliverables. You will take corrective action if milestones are not met and help other developers resolve technical issues.
