About the Role

  • As a key account manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers. This involves being the primary point of contact and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and successful manner.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Liaise between customers and internal teams to ensure effective communication and delivery of solutions.
  2. Manage client accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationships with clients.
  3. Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  4. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  5. Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Forecast and track key account metrics.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.
  8. Enhance the department's reputation by taking ownership for accomplishing new requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying close attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience with an agency background desirable.
  • Deep understanding of digital technologies.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS, Azure, Alibaba, and Google.
  • Cloud infrastructure knowledge is a plus factor.
