Chief Store Supervisor

The Store Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring a safe and clean environment for employees and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and assigning employees to complete operational requirements.
- Maintaining stockroom inventories and ensuring timely availability of materials.
- Inspecting deliveries and verifying invoices.
- Ensuring a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
- Enforcing compliance with all applicable laws and regulations to maintain the stability and reputation of the store.
- Supporting team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, particularly the purchasing module.
- Proven experience as a store manager or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Requirements:
- Ability to initiate inventory requisitions in ERP
