Job Title: Chief Optical Fiber Laying Operations Manager

The role of a Senior Site Supervisor is pivotal in the success of our organization's endeavors to deploy Optical Fiber Cable across Pakistan.

This position necessitates a minimum of 1 year of relevant civil work experience, preferably in laying OFC. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of civil works and construction materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee construction schedules to ensure timely completion of optical fiber laying projects.
  • Regularly inspect and monitor the quality of work performed by subordinate teams.
  • Liaise with clients to discuss project progress and address any concerns or issues.
  • Maintain a team of over 200 laborers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Closely coordinate with the Project Manager to guarantee alignment with project plans and objectives.

A successful Senior Site Supervisor should have excellent communication and leadership skills, along with a comprehensive grasp of technical drawings and maps.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in similar roles, preferably in laying Optical Fiber Cable.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, quality control, and team supervision.
  • Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
