Job Description:

This role involves providing administrative support to the Department of Medicine, which comprises independent sections of Cardiology, Dermatology, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Internal Medicine, Infectious Diseases, Nephrology, Neurology, and Pulmonary & Critical Care. The department has over 70+ full-time Faculty with a strong commitment to undergraduate and postgraduate education and research.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this position, you must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and one year of relevant work experience. Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as well as proficiency in computers, especially MS Office and Excel. You should be willing to travel and work in communities and rural field sites.

You will be responsible for maintaining an organized filing system, delivering finance-related documents to the appropriate departments, and raising online material stock requisition and purchase requisition.
