Job Title: Officer Transaction Monitoring

The primary function of this role is to evaluate calls and monitor transactions for compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This involves staying updated on all relevant policies, procedures, and SOPs related to service quality within the call center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate calls and complete daily targets of call monitoring as per defined SOP.
  • Utilize active listening skills and strong decision-making abilities to evaluate financial/non-financial calls effectively.
  • Generate reports of transaction call monitoring and share with line management.
  • Act on out-of-pattern activities to mitigate potential fraud risks.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to Contact Center agents based on call evaluation results.
  • Conduct callbacks when required to authenticate customers.
  • Organize and conduct training sessions to emphasize accuracy in banking transactions.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree or equivalent professional qualification from a reputable university.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
