Job Title: Office Manager

This role involves providing high-level administrative support to the Head of Function, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects. Key responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, organizing meetings and events, and handling expense claims.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the calendar of the Head of Function, arrange travel and accommodations, and book flights, hotels, and other necessary services.
  • Coordinate departmental meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure smooth execution of events.
  • Handle expense claims, monitor ageing claims, and troubleshoot user issues related to the T&E portal.
  • Oversee purchase orders, vendor invoices, track budgets, consolidate reports, and maintain records of POs, GRNs, and invoices.


Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • Proficient in administrative tasks and support systems, with a strong command of English and expertise in MS Teams and MS Office tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and ability to independently handle administrative tasks and resolve related issues.
  • Demonstrates proactiveness, ownership, and drive, with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
