About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers who have inquiries, complaints, or requests related to our products or services. Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, or social media platforms.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Assist customers in making informed decisions by providing product information, suggesting suitable options, and guiding them through the purchasing process.
  • Manage and update customer accounts, including order tracking, returns, and exchanges.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our product range, policies, and procedures to accurately address customer inquiries.
  • Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant departments or higher management, as required.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback for future reference and analysis.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously improve product knowledge to better serve customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or a similar role in the fashion or retail industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage and empathize with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric approach to providing solutions.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, while maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor.
