Telecom Training Director

XAD Technologies is seeking an exceptional Telecom Training Director to lead our training center. This senior leadership role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in telecom-specific training programs and EHS compliance.

We are looking for a visionary leader who can develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance our training center's performance, reputation, and output. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of operations, manage a team of trainers and administrative staff, and ensure seamless delivery of training programs.

• Leadership and Operations
  • Drive the overall direction and strategy of the training center, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to boost training center performance and reputation.
  • Lead a team of trainers and administrative staff, promoting excellence and innovation.
• Training Programs
  • Design and deliver telecom-specific training programs, focusing on technical skills, safety protocols, and operational excellence.
  • Ensure all training programs meet EHS standards, telecom industry regulations, and company policies.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and introduce improvements as needed.
• Compliance and Safety
  • Maintain strict adherence to EHS guidelines within the training center and during training activities.
  • Regularly update training modules to reflect current safety practices and telecom industry advancements.
  • Collaborate with regulatory bodies and auditors to ensure compliance and accreditation.
• Budgeting and Resource Management
  • Prepare and manage the training center budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
  • Allocate resources efficiently to support training delivery and facility maintenance.
• Stakeholder Engagement
  • Cultivate partnerships with telecom operators, vendors, and other stakeholders to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
  • Build relationships with industry bodies to stay at the forefront of industry trends and technologies.
  • Represent the training center at conferences, events, and professional forums.

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., telecommunications, education, or business).
• At least 5 years of experience in telecom training, preferably in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective training programs.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with EHS standards and telecom industry regulations.

• An estimated salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum.
