Job Summary:

XAD Technologies is seeking a highly experienced Training Director to lead our telecom training programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the training center's operations and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the training center, manage a team of trainers and staff, and foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Training Programs: Design, develop, and implement telecom-specific training programs that meet EHS standards and industry regulations. Ensure compliance and continuously monitor and evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Compliance and Safety: Enforce strict adherence to EHS guidelines within the training center and during training activities. Collaborate with regulatory bodies and auditors to maintain compliance and accreditation.
  • Budgeting and Resource Management: Prepare and manage the training center's budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality. Allocate resources efficiently to support training delivery and facility maintenance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with telecom operators, vendors, and stakeholders to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly. Build partnerships with industry bodies to stay at the forefront of industry trends and technologies.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, business, or communications).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in training management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading training teams and developing effective training programs.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
