Icap seeks an experienced Support Services Manager to join our Secretariat team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordination services to senior personnel.

Your primary responsibilities will include supporting day-to-day tasks and operational matters related to the secretariat office. This includes managing calendars, scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, handling correspondence, gathering information, and compiling data.

You will also be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing communications via emails/phone calls, which can involve screening messages, prioritizing requests, and drafting responses as needed.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and documentation through filing important documents, organizing files, and ensuring that records are up-to-date and easily accessible.

Job Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration/Public Administration.

A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience in an administrative role is required.

Key Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) along with attention to detail, organization, time management, and the ability to multitask are essential skills for this position.

You must possess good communication, interpersonal, and management skills to accomplish the responsibilities of this role.
