
Administrative Coordinator

The Secretariat team at Icap relies on skilled administrative professionals to provide essential support services to senior personnel. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance and coordination services to senior staff members.
Your primary role will involve supporting day-to-day tasks and operational matters related to the secretariat office. This includes managing calendars, scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, handling correspondence, gathering information, and compiling data.
You will also be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing communications via emails/phone calls, which can involve screening messages, prioritizing requests, and drafting responses as needed.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation is crucial in this role. You will be responsible for filing important documents, organizing files, and ensuring that records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
Job SpecificationsTo be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration/Public Administration.
A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience in an administrative role is required.
Skills RequiredProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) along with attention to detail, organization, time management, and the ability to multitask are essential skills for this position.
You must possess good communication, interpersonal, and management skills to accomplish the responsibilities of this role.
