Human Resources Leadership Opportunity

The role of Human Resources Manager is pivotal in driving our organization's growth and success. As a strategic partner, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining job structures, establishing effective recruiting processes, designing employee orientation and training programs, managing employee benefits and compensation, and ensuring the effective planning and monitoring of employee work results.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our team and contribute to the development of a comprehensive human resources strategy that supports our organizational goals and objectives. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills in English and Urdu, and at least 2 years of relevant experience in hiring, human resource management, performance management, and communication processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain job structures by updating requirements and descriptions for all positions.
  • Establish a comprehensive recruiting program to ensure the selection of top talent.
  • Prepare employees for success by designing and conducting orientation and training programs.
  • Manage employee benefits and compensation by analyzing market trends, recommending programs to management, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Ensure effective planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by coaching managers and resolving grievances.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in hiring, human resource management, performance management, and communication processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
