Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Director located in Islamabad. The Human Resources Director will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, overseeing performance management processes, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment law. Day-to-day tasks include recruiting, training, supervising HR staff, and working closely with other department heads to foster a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Human Resources (HR) and knowledge of HR Policies
  • Skills in managing Employee Relations and Performance Management
  • Understanding of Labor and Employment Law
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Islamabad
  • Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
