As a Human Resources Strategic Director, you will lead the human resources and administration functions across our countrywide offices. Your responsibility will be to organize, integrate, and direct all related activities in support of our overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement our short-term and long-term human resources strategy
  • Manage compensation and benefits, recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and communications
  • Liaise with HR Managers to meet business division needs
  • Analyze internal processes and recommend procedural or policy changes to improve operations
  • Lead and manage the administration team to ensure assigned functions are properly performed within specified time frames

To succeed in this role, you will need at least 10 years of professional experience in the human resource field. A background in the telecom industry is highly valued, and a Master's degree is required.

This position is based in Islamabad, Pakistan.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in human resources
  • Proven experience in strategic planning and implementation
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
