Job Title: Recruitment Lead

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Lead to join our team. This role is responsible for managing recruitment processes, evaluating applicants' backgrounds, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other staffing agencies.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field, or equivalent work experience. They must demonstrate the ability to evaluate candidates through the interview process, handle confidential information, and work independently as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage recruitment processes from initial applicant screening to final placement.
  • Evaluate applicants' backgrounds and follow up with candidate references to ensure accurate hiring decisions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and other staffing agencies to ensure successful placements.
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify job requirements and develop effective recruitment plans.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field; alternatively, work experience can be considered as a substitute.
  • Work experience as an IT Recruiter, HR Coordinator, Corporate Recruiter, or similar role in the Human Resources department.
  • Demonstrate ability to evaluate candidates through the interview process.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and maintain accurate records.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and Databases.
  • Experience writing accurate job descriptions and creating engaging job postings.
  • Familiarity with various job boards and social media networks.
  • Quick decision-making abilities and excellent relation-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong time management skills and exemplary work ethics.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the hiring process and talent pipeline development.
