
Office Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including maintaining records, documentation, and correspondence.
- Oversee office supplies, facility management, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and official functions, ensuring compliance with institutional policies and regulations.
- Supervise & manage the transport system, including vehicle scheduling, maintenance, and driver coordination.
- Evaluate and implement departmental SOPs to ensure efficient operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in computer operations and MS Office.
- 2-3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in an educational or healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently and self-driven, and strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
