Job Description

As a Senior Officer-Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in managing the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring seamless hiring procedures and efficient talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Line Manager to oversee the entire recruitment process, including CV screening, shortlisting candidates, conducting background checks, and documentation.
  • Headhunt Retail staff from diverse sources to streamline hiring processes and fill vacant positions promptly.
HR Operations:
  • Effectively manage day-to-day HR functions and duties.
Employee Engagement:
  • Work closely with the Line Manager to foster open communication and cooperation within the organization.
  • Coordinate employee recognition programs and events to promote a positive work environment.
  • Properly handle employee complaints and grievances and share them with the Line Manager regularly.
  • Support the Line Manager in organizing various employee engagement activities, such as team-building events and celebrations.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to special projects assigned by the Line Manager or Management.
  • Liaise with different departments to complete tasks assigned by Management.
  • Prepare internal HR reports as required.
  • Gather data from various resources for analysis.
RequirementsQualifications:
  • Educational Background: MBA (HR) from a reputable business school.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in the human resources department, preferably in a financial institution in an HR Generalist role.
  • Knowledge of the recruitment cycle and ability to manage it independently.
  • Maintain confidentiality of the HR department at all levels.
  • Result-driven individual with excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Organized, multi-tasking, and active team member.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
