Lead Character Animator Position

We are looking for a skilled 3D Animator to join our team. As a mid-senior level professional, you will be responsible for animating realistic and compelling character actions, creatures, props, vehicles, and cameras.
Responsibilities:- Animate story-driven character actions that are exciting, emotional, and engaging.
- Create scene layouts using a library of assets and compose cameras in a cinematic style.
- Work closely with 3D artists, leads, and the animation supervisor to ensure client requirements are met.
- Develop and implement working methodologies, manage large projects, and coordinate visual effects output and quality control.
- Collaborate with the lead animator to ensure timely completion of character assets at the desired quality bar.
- Apply Animation Principles to enhance gameplay and creative marketing trailers.
- Experience in game development animating characters using Maya, Flash, Spine, After Effects, or equivalent 3D or 2D program.
- Strong understanding of traditional animation principles and their application to enhance gameplay and creative marketing trailers.
- Self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and a team player attitude.
- Able to work creatively as part of a large or small group.
- Prior experience with Unity is an advantage.
- Familiarity with FX and Particle animation.
- Skill in one more related discipline: Modeling, rigging, or technical art.
This is a mid-senior level position, requiring minimum 4 years of experience.
