About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced 3D Animator to join our team. As a key member of our animation team, you will be responsible for bringing characters and scenes to life using your expertise in 3D animation software.

Responsibilities:

  • Animate realistic character actions that engage audiences emotionally and compellingly.
  • Create detailed creatures, props, vehicles, and cameras, as well as actions based on storyboards, script pages, or descriptions.
  • Develop scene layouts using a library of assets, showcasing your attention to detail and creativity.
  • Work closely with our 3D artists, leads, and animation supervisor to ensure our clients' requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with senior 3D artists to grow and develop our business, implement effective working methodologies, manage large projects, and coordinate visual effects output and quality control.
  • Work with the lead animator to ensure timely completion of character assets at the desired quality bar.
  • Apply knowledge of Animation Principles to enhance gameplay and creative marketing trailers.

Requirements:

  • Experience in game development animating characters using Maya, Flash, Spine, After Effects, or equivalent 3D or 2D program.
  • Strong understanding of traditional animation principles and how they can be applied to elevate gameplay and creative marketing trailers.
  • Self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative team player attitude.
  • Able to work creatively as part of a large or small group.
  • A passion for video games.

Plus Points:

  • Experience in FX and Particle animation.
  • Skill in one more related discipline: Modeling, rigging, or technical art.
  • Experience with Unity.

Experience Level: Mid-Senior level, minimum 4 years of experience.

Note: This is an onsite role, requiring full-time commitment to our team.
