Job Title: Training and Development Manager

The ideal candidate will spearhead the development, design, and execution of a comprehensive training programme for principals in Upper and Lower Sindh.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Deliver Training Programmes: Develop/review training material specifically for professional development of principals, lead the design/re-design of TCF's core training programmes (PRESET and summer INSET) and develop quality training materials to serve varying needs of the target population.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop a professional development strategy/roadmap for different cohorts of individuals based on medium of delivery, subject expertise, tenure, performance, position, and roll out of new programmes.
  • Capacity Building: Build capacity of team to become effective trainers and design thinkers.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Oversee the development and execution of teacher competency assessments like Teacher Content Knowledge testing.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with relevant departments on design, execution, implementation, and evaluation of training programmes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. They should also have a proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programmes, as well as experience in staff development and capacity building.
