Empowering Individuals Through Technology Training

We are looking for a skilled trainer to empower individuals with visual disabilities through education and technology.
Job OverviewThe ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of computer operations, software applications, and assistive technologies, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant programs.
A bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, Computer Science, or a related field is required, with a master's degree preferred.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or training, preferably with individuals with visual disabilities or other special needs, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:- To design and deliver computer skills training programs for individuals with visual disabilities.
- To assess the computer skills of trainees and provide individualized instruction and support.
- To maintain accurate records of trainee progress and achievements.
- To collaborate with senior staff to develop and implement new training programs and materials.
