Job Title: Brand Management Specialist

As a seasoned Brand Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving awareness, engagement, and growth for our e-commerce marketplace clients.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer experience and be skilled at translating data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Development: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop comprehensive brand strategies tailored for e-commerce marketplaces.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research to identify trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape.
  • Campaign Management: Design and execute marketing campaigns that drive traffic and conversions on marketplace platforms.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of brand strategies and campaigns.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency and optimize customer experience.
  • Content Creation: Oversee content creation for marketplace listings.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
  • A strong understanding of e-commerce platforms.
  • A proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Location & Job Details

This is a full-time position requiring morning shifts. The ideal candidate will be based in Karachi.
