Job Title: Expert Sales Professional – Lead Generation & Closures.

Location: Mezzanine 19, Sahil Promenade, Block-3 Clifton, Karachi

Shift Timing:On-site, Night Shift (8-hour shift between 6 PM – 2 AM, Monday to Saturday)

Salary:PKR 150,000 – 180,000/month + Commissions & Perks

What We're Looking For

We're hiring anexperienced sales professionalwho knows how to generate leads andclose them—without fluff, without babysitting. This is not an entry-level role. This is for someone who:

  • Lives and breathes sales.
  • Knows how to lead with value.
  • Can build and manage a pipeline like a pro.
  • Candeliver $10,000 USD/month in revenue from month one.

You'll be leading a small outbound team (2 people to start with) and be directly responsible for hitting and exceeding revenue targets.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation:

You must know how to attract therightkind of leads using multiple channels, including:

  • Performance Marketing (Meta, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Cold Outreach via LinkedIn, Email, and WhatsApp DMs
  • Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer (if you're smart about it)
  • Inbound Funnel Optimization (website, lead magnets, etc.)
  • Partnerships, Affiliates & Referral Campaigns
  • LinkedIn Automation Tools & Outreach Software (e.g., Apollo, Instantly)

2. Closing Sales:

  • Book, pitch, and close clients—no one else will do this for you.
  • Customize and tailor pitches based on client needs.
  • Run discovery calls, build trust, and convert opportunities into long-term accounts.

3. Team Leadership:

  • Mentor and train 2 junior SDRs/BDRs.
  • Define outbound strategy and track KPIs.
  • Ensure your team hitstheirtargets as well.

4. Reporting & Optimization:

  • Weekly reporting of leads generated, calls booked, and revenue closed.
  • Work directly with marketing and strategy teams to improve campaign performance.
What Success Looks Like

You're successful if:

  • You're closing$10,000+ in sales/month from month one
  • Your leads are qualified, consistent, and scalable
  • You show discipline, reliability, and team leadership
  • You build systems that don't need babysitting
Compensation & Perks
  • PKR 150,000 – 180,000/month (based on experience)
  • 10–15% commissionon every closed deal after the minimum target

Probation Period

This is a3-month probationary role, but it's performance-based. If you crush it, we'll cut it short and lock you into a permanent, senior rolefast.
