Job Title: IT Trainer

We are seeking an experienced IT Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering comprehensive training sessions and preparing students for exams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and developing IT training courses across all disciplines, including ITF, A+, MS bootcamp, Cisco, and Firewalls training.

In this role, you will deliver IT training across the organization according to the departmental schedule and stay up-to-date with the latest industry knowledge and developments.

You will also provide exam preparation guidance and resources to students, conduct regular mock tests to assess student progress, and research and resolve Microsoft 365 training and support issues.

In addition, you will facilitate lab support sessions and address student queries regarding the labs, assist students with exam bookings and other certification-related tasks, and support new employee training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions and prepare students for exams
  • Plan and develop IT training courses across all disciplines
  • Deliver IT training across the organization according to the departmental schedule
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry knowledge and developments
  • Provide exam preparation guidance and resources to students
  • Conduct regular mock tests to assess student progress
  • Research and resolve Microsoft 365 training and support issues
  • Facilitate lab support sessions and address student queries regarding the labs
  • Assist students with exam bookings and other certification-related tasks
  • Support new employee training initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Certified Trainer, CISCO) are highly desirable
  • Proven experience as an IT Trainer, IT Specialist, or in a similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of IT systems, networks, and tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage diverse audiences
  • Strong problem-solving skills and patience when dealing with technical issues
  • Familiarity with various training methods and platforms, including e-learning
