Job Overview

A forward-thinking educational institution is seeking an experienced CNC instructor to lead their CNC machine diploma program.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machining, excellent teaching and mentoring skills, and exceptional communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design comprehensive curricula and lesson plans for the CNC diploma program.
  • Provide hands-on training in CNC operation, programming, and maintenance.
  • Teach students how to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Ensure students understand safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
  • Evaluate student performance through assessments, projects, and practical exams.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in CNC technology.
  • Maintain and manage CNC lab equipment and tools.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A Diploma, B.Tech, or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10 years of on-field experience, preferably in CNC lathes and milling machining.
  • Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to student success and continuous improvement in teaching methods.
