We are seeking a strategic Business Development professional to drive growth and success by managing client relationships, executing targeted outreach campaigns, and scheduling high-value meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3+ years in business development, sales, or marketing with experience in the signage, design, and fabrication industry being an asset.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to engage prospects, and overcome objections.
  • Experience with prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms is required.
  • A strong understanding of lead generation, branding, and digital marketing strategies is essential.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

Client Relations & Outreach:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through effective communication and relationship-building strategies.
  • Conduct targeted outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate new business opportunities.
  • Schedule and coordinate high-value meetings with prospects to drive growth and revenue.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the signage, design, and fabrication industry through market research and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach strategies with marketing campaigns.
  • Track and report on lead generation and conversion metrics to measure success.

Market Research & Strategy:

  • Use data-driven insights from ZoomInfo or similar tools to research prospects and build targeted lead lists.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to refine messaging and positioning.
  • Provide feedback from clients to improve offerings and marketing strategies.

Other Details

  • The ideal candidate will have a night shift following US EST (Night Shift) schedule.
  • The office location is in Karachi.
