Mechanical Project Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Mechanical Project Engineer, you will take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive mechanical engineering expertise in a cutting-edge field.

  • You will work alongside dedicated, innovative, and solution-oriented teammates to perform project Mechanical Domain activities in strict adherence to Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) commitments.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and piloting Mechanical Domain activities and deliverables
  • Ensuring the quality and acceptance of Mechanical Domain deliverables
  • Reporting on Mechanical Domain activities progress and managing escalations
  • Coordinating with stakeholders and resolving project mechanical issues
  • Contributing to the definition of Mechanical Domain architecture
  • Supporting cross-functional teams during the production phase
About You

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering is a must
  • Experience or understanding of the railway industry, with a preference for 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient knowledge of CAD tools such as Catia V5 and PLM tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including with external parties like customers
  • Effective time management and reporting skills
  • A proactive mindset with a sense of urgency and priority
  • Customer & Product focus with a structured and hands-on approach
  • Operational proficiency in English for reading, writing, and technical meetings
