Sr. Manager Pre-Sales

We are looking for a seasoned Sales Strategy Manager to spearhead our sales initiatives. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving structured approaches to managing opportunities, including client meetings, solution pitches, and RFP responses.

As a collaborative leader, you will work closely with our sales team to identify pipeline and plan activities on a weekly basis, ensuring seamless integration across departments. Your expertise in opportunity assessment, qualification, strategy development, proposal creation, review & feedback process, and competitive positioning will be invaluable.

A solid understanding of techno-commercial and cost-sensitive orientations is essential, along with hands-on experience with business case-driven pre-sales methodologies. You will lead or participate in opportunity assessment, qualification, strategy development, proposal creation, review & feedback process, and competitive positioning.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will conduct primary and secondary research, organizing client visits from planning to identifying key participants.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. 5 years of experience selling complex IT services in the same industry.
  2. Proven track record of managing large bids from a pre-sales perspective.
  3. Experience with business case-driven pre-sales methodologies is highly desirable.
  4. Strong techno-commercial and cost-sensitive orientation.
  5. Self-motivated and driven.
  6. Financial management expertise: estimating, budgeting, pricing, and risk assessment.
  7. Comfortable in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  8. Excellent program management and consulting skills.
  9. Hands-on experience writing proposals and delivering customer presentations.
  10. Detailed-oriented, quality-focused, and deliverable-driven.
  11. Proactive attitude and ability to thrive in unstructured environments.
  12. Excellent communication and written skills.
  13. Exceptional presentation and proposal skills.
