About the Role
  • Lead the onboarding and offboarding processes of vendors to ensure seamless data acquisition and access control.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and maintain accurate records within internal CRM systems.
  • Coordinate cross-functional workflows to streamline data decommissioning efforts and ensure timely delivery of results.
  • Maintain detailed case notes for all customer and vendor interactions.
Key Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and skilled in data analysis.
  • Strong working knowledge of Outlook, SharePoint, and CRM platforms.
  • Demonstrated email-based communication expertise.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to multitask across competing priorities and deadlines.
