Quality Resource Private Limited, a multinational digital marketing company, enables organizations of all sizes to manage their digital marketing needs through SEO, landing pages, reviews and reputation management, PPC, website optimization, social media, and web and mobile app development.
We are currently looking for a Customer Success Specialist (Night Shift) in our Lahore office. This role involves managing outbound calling, customer retention, activation, and upselling to prospective clients. Successful candidates should be social, analytical, quick learners, and effective communicators. The ideal candidate will engage with customers, maximize value, and develop strategies to grow our customer base.
Salary: Rs. 100,000 to Rs. 150,000 base pay plus incentives.
Location: Main Boulevard Gulberg, Lahore.
Work Hours: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities- Develop and manage client portfolios.
- Drive business growth and profitability through upselling.
- Analyze customer data to enhance customer experience.
- Conduct product demonstrations.
- Improve onboarding processes.
- Enhance tutorials and communication infrastructure.
- Mediate between clients and the organization.
- Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
- Reduce customer churn.
- Assist in product design and development.
- 2+ years of proven experience in customer success, service, sales, communications, or a related field, with a bachelor's degree.
- Highly organized, able to multitask, proactive, and self-driven.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with leadership qualities.
- High computer literacy and quick learner of new software.
- Knowledge of customer success processes and experience in document creation.
- Patience, active listening, and a passion for sales.
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- At least 1 year of revenue-based sales experience.
- Understanding of data protection technologies.
