Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned business development professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth, identifying new markets, and building long-term relationships with clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a growth strategy that balances customer satisfaction and financial gain. This will involve conducting research to identify new market opportunities and presenting suitable solutions to clients.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to promote Premium Travel & Holidays' services and brand to enhance the company's reputation. This will involve tracking, analyzing, and reporting on performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

The successful candidate will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies, and participate in industry events, travel fairs, and networking opportunities to promote the company.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of travel services and holiday packages.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
