Job Title: Enterprise Sales Development Manager

Job Overview:

We seek an experienced Enterprise Sales Development Manager to spearhead our efforts in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through strategic outreach and engagement. Main Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of Sales Development Representatives in executing daily outreach strategies.
  2. Qualify leads to create a pipeline of potential customers and drive sales growth.
  3. Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
  4. Maintain accurate records of prospect data in CRM systems.
  5. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions from lead generation to Account Executive.
  6. Achieve consistent results by meeting or exceeding targets for qualified opportunities and revenue generation.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in managing teams.
