Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced administration professional to lead our security functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general administration, with a minimum of seven years of experience. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to motivate and work effectively with others.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement system, hotel reservations, and travel arrangements for expatriates. They will also be required to liaise with government agencies and utility providers, as well as provide executive guest assistance and protocol services.
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will be expected to manage the maintenance of office premises and residences, as well as oversee all company assets. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and self-motivated individual who is able to work effectively in a multi-dimensional environment.
