We are seeking a skilled Team Manager to join our team and take on the challenge of managing a team of lien collectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in similar roles, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of workers' compensation lien collections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of lien collectors to achieve optimal performance and productivity.
  • Oversee the collection of workers' compensation liens, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve collections processes and reduce costs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing workers' compensation lien collections.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or higher degree in a related field.
  • Proven experience in WC lien collections, preferably in a management role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
