Game Development Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Game Developer to join our team. As a key member of the development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing game mechanics, features, and functionalities in Unity3D.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement engaging game experiences that captivate players.
  2. Develop high-quality, modular, clean, and optimized code using C#.
  3. Apply mathematical concepts such as algebra, geometry, trigonometry, vectors, and matrices to solve complex in-game challenges.
  4. Integrate physics principles to enhance gameplay dynamics.
  5. Collaborate with designers and artists to achieve visually stunning and interactive elements.
  6. Utilize debugging and optimization skills to ensure seamless performance.
  7. Familiarity with Git for version control is essential.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. Exceptional programming skills, particularly in C#.
  3. Proven Unity3D experience with a portfolio showcasing successful projects.
Preferred Skills:
  1. Skilled in debugging, analyzing performance, and optimizing Unity projects for publishing.
  2. Strong problem-solving capabilities and analytical thinking.
  3. Proficient in math and physics, applying them to game development (algebra, geometry, trigonometry, matrices, vectors, logic).
  4. Ability to design scalable and modular code architectures.
  5. Mastery of Unity game engine, including project setup and various modules (physics, animation, UI, rendering, audio, etc.).
  6. Self-motivated and proactive, with excellent time management skills.
  7. Solid grasp of object-oriented programming and data structures from a game developer's perspective.
  8. Familiarity with 2D and 3D art and animation software is a plus (e.g. Spine, 3ds Max, Maya, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  9. Experience with additional Unity packages, third-party integration (multiplayer, databases), and plugins.
  10. Familiarity with various game-developing domains and technologies, including 3D/2D art software, different game engines, and programming languages beyond C#.
  11. Familiarity with project tracking tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, etc.
  12. Passion for gaming and player engagement.
