The Operations Manager role is a key position within our organization, responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily operations across multiple facilities. This includes ensuring smooth and efficient functioning, developing and implementing operational policies and procedures, and managing facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate daily operations across multiple sites, leveraging expertise to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Design and implement operational strategies to enhance service quality and meet performance targets.
  3. Oversee facility operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation, with a focus on cost-effectiveness and regulatory compliance.
  4. Maintain ongoing analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of operational activities.
  6. Implement solutions to address operational issues and challenges, driving continuous process improvement.
  7. Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure cost-effective services and supplies.
  8. Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies.
  9. Develop and present reports on operational performance and initiatives to senior leadership.
  10. Foster a positive and productive work environment by leading and mentoring the operations team.

Requirements:
  1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in operations management, preferably within the healthcare industry.

  4. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with operations management software.
  6. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices is highly desirable.
  7. Relevant certifications in operations management or healthcare management are an asset.
