This role involves providing administrative support to executives and/or teams, including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating schedules with internal and external parties.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Manage and maintain calendars for executives and/or teams
  2. Coordinate schedules with internal and external parties
  3. Send meeting reminders and confirmations
  4. Book flights, hotels, and transportation for business travel
  5. Prepare travel itineraries and expense reports
  6. Coordinate visa and passport applications as needed
  7. Manage insurance renewals and ensure timely coverage
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience as an administrative assistant
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
