As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Participate in application planning meetings to ensure data integrity standards are met.
  2. Develop quality assurance plans by conducting risk assessments, identifying critical control points and preventive measures, establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures.
  3. Write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  4. Conduct performance and/or security audits to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  6. Validate quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes, measuring production, documenting evidence, and determining operational and performance qualification.

Qualifications

  • Solid knowledge of SQL and experience working in both white box and black box testing and automated testing tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum development process and quality assurance methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with ability to write/review requirements specifications and technical design documents.
  • Bonus requirement: Solid knowledge of scripting.
