Lead digital marketing strategist to drive online presence, generate high-quality leads and strengthen brand recognition globally.

This role will involve developing, overseeing and scaling CureMD’s digital marketing operations to align with overarching business goals. The successful candidate will have expertise in SEO, content strategy, performance marketing, email automation and social media.

The ideal candidate will be a senior member of the marketing team who can mentor cross-functional teams, influence strategic decision-making and serve as a key point of contact between marketing, product and leadership stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead a forward-thinking data-driven digital marketing strategy to boost online traffic, increase conversion rates and elevate brand visibility.

  • Oversee performance-driven campaigns across all digital channels, including SEO, SEM, email, paid media, social platforms and content.

  • Lead, coach and scale a team of marketing professionals, creating a culture of high performance, innovation and continuous learning.

  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and consistent brand messaging across digital initiatives.

  • Drive full-funnel campaign strategies from ideation to execution, optimizing both organic and paid media across platforms to maximize ROI.

  • Define, monitor and report on KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and AI-driven marketing solutions for data-backed decision-making.

  • Spearhead content strategy and brand storytelling efforts to ensure a strong digital voice that resonates with target audiences and builds trust.

  • Continuously research industry trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies to ensure CureMD's digital presence remains cutting-edge and impactful.

  • Leverage generative AI and machine learning to personalize customer journeys, automate campaign workflows and enhance audience segmentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field; Master's degree or advanced certifications in digital marketing preferred.

  • 10 - 12 years of progressive digital marketing experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role.

  • Deep expertise in SEO, paid media, content marketing, campaign management, email automation and brand development.

  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience using Google Analytics, CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Strong project leadership and communication skills with the ability to drive complex multi-channel campaigns from planning through execution.

  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools for content generation, audience segmentation, personalization and performance optimization.
