The ideal candidate for this role will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field and have at least 3-4 years of experience in IT management. A strong understanding of Google Workspace (Admin Console, Deployment, Security settings, Networking, Cloud automation) is essential.

Job Summary:

This is a mid-senior level position responsible for overseeing and managing the internal web infrastructure of the organization. The successful candidate will also support clients in setting up Google Workspace and Google Workspace for Education environments.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Internal IT & Website Management:
    • Manage and maintain internal websites, servers, and hosting infrastructure.
    • Ensure site performance, data security, and uptime monitoring.
    • Lead website updates, integrations, and troubleshooting.
  • Google Workspace Deployment:
    • Set up and manage Google Workspace and Google Workspace for Education accounts for clients.
    • Guide clients through onboarding, configuration, and training.
    • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Project & Team Management:
    • Lead a small IT support team and coordinate with developers, designers, and project managers.
    • Create IT documentation, workflows, and SOPs.
    • Oversee procurement and management of hardware and software assets.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Support the organization's technology roadmap aligned with growth.
    • Recommend and implement best practices in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and automation.
  • Travel & Client Engagement:
    • Travel to client sites across the country as needed for deployments, training, and technical support.
    • Represent the organization in technical meetings with partners and clients
Qualifications:

A strong leadership and communication skillset is required for this role, along with a willingness to travel across the country for client and project needs.

Preferred Skills:

A Google Workspace Administrator Certification and experience with Google Cloud tools are preferred skills for this role.
