Job Title: Training Assistant

Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our training team as a Training Assistant. The successful candidate will provide support to trainers in preparing training materials, arranging training courses, and maintaining student records.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist Trainers: Provide support to trainers in preparing presentation materials, distributing materials, and managing interactive sessions.
  • Course Arrangements: Arrange and coordinate details of training courses, including venues, schedules, and equipment preparation.
  • Student Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, process registration and attendance records, and ensure students arrive on time for training.
Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field is required. 1-2 years of relevant experience in training or administrative support is preferred.

Skill Requirements: Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, good communication skills, and effective interaction with trainers and students.

Personal Qualifications: Careful and detail-oriented, able to ensure smooth running of training activities, team player, able to support the team when needed, flexible, and able to handle unexpected issues that arise during training.
