Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Agent (CSA)

  • Be the friendly face of the brand, delivering memorable experiences for passengers.
  • Facilitate smooth journeys by managing check-ins, greeting passengers warmly, and ensuring hassle-free departures.
  • Go the extra mile to assist passengers with special needs and provide top-tier service in exclusive lounges.

Requirements:

  • For CSO: Local diploma in any discipline with excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • For CSA: Proficient in English and a second language for communication with international passengers.
  • Pleasant, cheerful with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Team player in a fast-paced environment, adaptable, and able to multi-task effectively.
