About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Admin Services Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, including space management, user support, and shared spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Space Management: Conduct daily floor walks to ensure space readiness and manage shared spaces, including desks, offices, equipment, and furniture.
- User Support: Provide insight and information on tools and processes, promote a positive service image, and offer feedback and suggestions to relevant teams.
- Shared Spaces: Proactively manage communal floor areas, including hubs, vending areas, kitchen areas, meeting rooms, and toilets.
- Lockers and Inventory: Manage the locker process and ongoing distribution post implementation.
- Meetings and Communications: Participate in and conduct meetings with employees and partners, create and distribute newsletters, and assist conference services teams where applicable.
- Health and Safety: Ensure all Health & Safety requirements are met in accordance with Health and Safety regulations and contractual requirements.
- Company Image: Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company personal presentation standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English language.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience.
